Customer Care

Administration services (Back Office) -  is a new direction to the Customer Service Department, which will support the sales divisions.

Creation of the new Direction is part of the key projects for the company this year and will start operational work in the second half of 2011.

   
The main activities of the Department include:

- Research on customer satisfaction;

- Adopt and signal processing, appeals and complaints;

- Taking over after-sales customer service;

- Provide 1st level  technical support  of customers using the web application;

- Registration of trade contracts and maintaining a single register;

- Enter and update client files;

- Administration of the automated services;

- Reception of inquiries from current and potential customers.
