The Human Resources and administration Department is responsible for the correct implementation of the administrative processes at the Company, and facilitates the creation of an adequate structure, teams, and corporate spirit and culture in Sopharma Trading JSC.
The administration Division ensures that the information which is received from all external sources of the Company will reach the end recepient, i.e. communications on a paper or an electronic carrier, phone calls, etc. and information generated by employees of the Company. It supports the organization of meetings between the employees and the partners and clients of the Company. This division provides Legal Services to the Company via a legal counsel who, except delivering expert opinions which the units in Sopharma Trading need, also provides advice and consultations to our partners and clients, when necessary.
The Human Resources Division develops, implements and applies the policies for human resources management and development, the ethical code of the Company and the strategy for human resources management in the Company. The processes include recruiting and selecting employees, administering the personnel, introducing and training the newly appointed employees, career development policies, systems of motivation and remuneration of the staff, internal communications, organization of events and corporate life.
