The Logistics Department is one of the biggest departments in the Company. It includes the main divisions along the chain of supplies  Analysis and Planning, Supply, Central Warehouse, Transport and Prewholesaling.

The Analysis and Planning Division supplies information about the basic indicators in the department in order to ensure that the stock, expenses and budgets of all divisions will be correctly managed .

The main task of the Supply Division is to provide stock of the entire portfolio of the Company, recognizing the turnover and uninterruptedness of the products.

As regards Transport, we have our own automobile fleet, consisting of 150 automobiles with a various capacity  trucks, buses, equipped with refrigeration equipment and pickups, which are located in the 6 regional distribution centers all over the country. 

Within the Logistics Department a Central Warehouse operates which is located in Sofia city and has a capacity of 6000 pallet spaces. It has been constructed in accordance with the latest European requirements for temperature, humidity, fire-alarm system, etc.
