The Customer Service Department works seven days a week and provides feedback to all customer queries, complaints and claims. It also handles the services administration and facilitates all Sales Departments' back-office activities.
Customer service examines the customer satisfactions, receives and processes signals, complaints and claims, handles the after sales customer service, provides technical support in creating web-queries, administrates automated services and last but not least – accepts inquiries from existing and potential clients of the company and not last - answers to queries of current and potential customers of the company.
