The Customer Service Department works seven days a week and provides feedback to all customer queries, complaints and claims. It also handles the services administration, facilitating all Back-office activity of all Sales Departments.
   
 Customer service examines the customer satisfactions, receives and processes signals, complaints and claims, handles the after sales customer service, provides technical support in creating web-queries, administrates automated services and last but not least – accepts inquiries from existing and potential clients of the company and not last answers to queries of current and potential customers of the company.
